MISH-MASH® RETURNS/EXCHANGE POLICY

If you have purchased shoes from our online store and would like to exchange them, MISH-MASH® would gladly exchange the shoes within 30 days of receipt of the original purchased shoes.

Any purchase of MISH-MASH® shoes made from a retailer should be communicated directly to the relevant retail outlet in order to discuss their exchange policies.

MISH-MASH® can only exchange shoes directly bought from our online store.

Shoes will only be exchanged/Refunded provided the following * Shoes must be unworn & returned in its original packaging. Should there be any deviations to the above requirements, MISH-MASH® will have the right to withdraw the exchange or refund of the shoes.

  • NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES WILL BE GIVEN ON SALE ITEMS.
  • NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES WILL BE GIVEN ON SHOES THAT HAVE BEEN misused or neglected.

 

RETURN & EXCHANGE MY MISH-MASH® SHOES

If you would like to exchange shoes please include the original order document received via email as confirmation of the purchases with a notion stating the reason for the exchange or refund. Please note that the shipping/Postal fees will have to be paid by the customer & will only be refunded should the shoes have manufacturing defects.
